Full gut and remodel work, including reconfiguring an awkward master bath layout into something that actually functions. Vanities, tile, fixtures, all handled start to finish.
Flooring & Subfloor Repair
Luxury vinyl plank installation and subfloor repair, including leveling out mismatched floor heights between rooms so the whole house reads as one seamless level.
Exterior Repairs
Fascia board replacement, siding, and sliding glass door installation. We work through weather when the job calls for it, not just on the easy days.
Custom Carpentry
Baseboards, window installs, deck repairs, painting, and smart-home fixture installs. The detail work that separates a finished job from a rushed one.
Custom Builds
One-off builds like a full cedar sauna construction, framed and finished to spec. If you have something specific in mind, we can usually build it.

This cedar sauna started as a customer's idea and became a full custom build, framed, insulated and finished by hand. It is the kind of project that does not come out of a catalog, and it is exactly what we like building.
On more than one job, we have run into floors that did not match from room to room in an older home. Rather than patch around it, we work out a solution with additional sub-flooring so the whole house ends up on one seamless level. No shortcuts, no hidden costs added on after the bid.
